'Look...at...me' he whispered.
The green eyes found the black, but after a second something in the depths of the dark pair seemed to vanished, leaving them fixed blank and empty.

Nice detail work, especially the floor/walls. I love the loose floorboard right up front. The red is a lovely touch, it really adds to the drama of the scene.
(SPOILERS for this comment, but I think we're all past warnings by now...)Wow, this is great. The amount of blood really reinforces the deadliness of the snakebite, and it's just generally really good artwork.

You can always count on her to lend a hand or get involved, and you usually will find her doing large amounts of both at any given moment. She's consistently reports on contests around dA, showcases the efforts of her fellow artists and shows her charitable side through various activities. Besides all of this, she's a truly talented artist which is why she's an obvious choice for deviousness this month. Read More

*its the thingy!*
Great portrayal of the scene, the red provides nice contrast to the black and white image.
I agree that the black and white contrast with the red is awesome and gives a kind of eerie effect
Great work!
